HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 65170 0 RESOLUTION NO. 6517 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA APPROVING THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS DEFICIENCY REPORT REQUIRED BY SECTION 2156 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE. The City Council of the City of Azusa does hereby resolve as follows: WHEREAS, Section 2156 of the Streets and Highways Code provides that every City shall periodically submit to the Department of Transportation a 2156 Report. WHEREAS, the City Engineer has submitted to the Council a 2156 Report. WHEREAS, the Council finds the information provided in the 2156 Report to be in conformance with instructions provided by the Department of Transportation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Azusa does hereby approve the 2156 Report as submitted. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED AND ORDERED that a copy of the report be transmitted to the Department of Transportation on or before May 1, 1977. Adopted and Approved this 18th day of April, 1977.
