CITY HALL, AZUSA, CALIFORNIA. FEBRUARY 17, 1936. 7:30 P. M.
The City Council of the City of Azusa
met in regular session at the above
time and place.
Present at roll call: Councilmen: Roll call.
McIntire, Carr, Arnold, Chester, Morden,
City Attorney and City Clerk.
The minutes of the last regular meeting
of February 3 and the adjourned session
of February 14, 1936 were read and
' approved as read.
A communication signed by Jessie Pierce
requesting that the sidewalks on Dalton
Avenue, North of Tenth Street, be repaired.
Moved by Councilman Arnold, seconded by
Councilman Chester that same be referred
to the Board of Public Works with power
to act.
Carried by the following vote of the
Council:
Ayes: Councilmen: McIntire, Carr, Arnold,
Chester, Morden.
Noes; None. Absent: None.
Councilman Chester offered a Resolution
entitled:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AZUSA, LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIF-
ORNIA, TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF FIVE HUN-
DRED DOLLARS (500.00) FROM THE LOS
ANGELES COUNTY HIGHWAY APPROPRIATION
FUND TO THE STATE GAS TAX STREETS OF MAJOR
IMPORTANCE FUND.
Moved by Councilman Arnold, seconded by
Councilman Chester that this Resolution be
adopted as read and numbered Resolution No.
1482.

Councilman McIntire offered a Resolution
entitled:

DEPUTY ASSESSOR AND FIXING HIS SALARY.

Councilman McIntire that this Resolution
