A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA
ACCEPTING A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING
THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That certain Grant of Easement executed by Aerojet General
Corporation,
under date of 28th day of April 1978 , granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a
Municipal Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to
perpetual easement and right of way for public purposes for
public utility purposes
in, on, over, under, across and along the following described real property situate in the CITY
OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
SEE ATTACHMENT A
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the some to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.

An easement for Public Utility purposes lying within Parcel Map No. 10135, as
recorded in Book 91, Page 49, of Maps at the Office of the County Recorder, County -of
Los Angeles, State of California. This easement, in addition to existing easements shown
on said Parcel Map, and further described herein, as follows:
Commencing at the most northwesterly corner of said Parcel Map, said point also
being in the southerly right-of-way boundary line of the Atchison Topeka and Santa Fe
Railroad, One Hundred (100.00) feet wide measured at right angles as shown on said Parcel
Map, thence S 0°01'54" One Hundred Twenty Five and Forty Seven One Hundredths (125.47)
feet along the westerly boundary line. of said Parcel Map to an angle point in said westerly
boundary line, thence S 0°04'56" W Fifty Four and Ninety Five One Hundredths (54.95)
feet -to a point, which is_the-True-Point of Beginning, thence S 89°56'03" E Five Hundred
Seventy Five and Ninety Four One Hundredths (575.94) feet to a point in the easterly boundary
line of said Parcel Map, thence S 0009'02" W algng said easterly boundary line Ten (10.00)
feet, thence N 89056103" W Thirty (30.00) feet, thence S 0°09'02" W One Thousand Two
Hundred Forty Five and Sixty Three One Hundredths (1245.63) feet to a point in the southerly
boundary of said Parcel Map having a bearing of N 88°46'55" E, thence S 88046'55" W Ten
(10.00) feet along said southerly boundary line, thence N 0°09'02" E to a point Thirty Seven
(37.00) feet southerly of a so labeled Centerline ((Centerline of Fifty Four (54.00) feet
easement for ingress, egress and utility purposes to be reserved in documents)) as shown on
said Parcel Map, thence S 89°36'59" W Five Hundred Thirty Four and Sixty Six One Hundredths
(534.66) feet more or less to a point in the westerly boundary line of said Parcel Map, thence
N 0°04'56" E Ten (10.00) feet, along said westerly boundary line, thence N 8936'59" E
One Hundred Seventy Nine and Forty Two One Hundredths (179.42) feet along a line labeled
with this bearing and shown to be Twenty Seven (27.00) feet southerly of a Centerline labeled,
((Centerline of Fifty Four (54.00) feet easement for ingress, egress and utility purposes to be
reserved in documents)) as shown on said Parcel Map, thence N 0°04'56" E Two Hundred Ninety
Eight and Twenty -Nine One Hundredths (298.29) feet to an east west boundary line of said
Parcel Map, which is also the southerly boundary line of Lot 4, Parcel Map No. 7580 as
recorded in Parcel Map Book 81, Pages 65-68, July 7, 1977, thence S 89°54'56" E Ten (10.00)
feet, thence S 0°04'56" W Two Hundred Ninety Eight and Twenty Nine One Hundredths (298.29)
feet, thence N 89°36'59" E along a line shown on said Parcel Map No. 10135 to be Twenty Seven
(27.00) feet southerly of a Centerline labeled ((Centerline of Fifty Four (54.00) feet easement
for ingress, egress and utility purposes to be reserved in documents)) to a point Forty (40.00)
feet westerly of the easterly boundary line of said Parcel Map No. 10135, thence N 0°09'02" E to
a line on said Parcel Map No. 10135 Twenty Seven (27.00) feet northerly of a line designated
((Centerline of Thirty Six (36.00) foot easement for ingress, egress and utility purposes to be
reserved in documents)) per Parcel Map No. 7580 as aforementioned herein. Thence N 89°56'03"
W to the westerly boundary line of said Parcel Map No. 10135 and N 0004'56" E Ten (10.00)
feet to the True Point of Beginning.
