CITY OF AZUSA APPOINTING CATHRYN CALVERT ADOPTED.
TO THE OFFICE OF ASSISTANT TO THE CITY
CLERK AND FIXING HER SALARY OR COMPEN-
SATION.
Moved by Councilman Chester, seconded by
' Councilman Arnold that this Resolution
be adopted as read and numbered Reso-
lution No. 1486.
Carried by the following vote of the
Council:
Ayes: Councilmen: McIntire, Carr,
Arnold, Chester, Morden.
Noes: None. Absent: None.
Miss Chester addressed the City Council
requesting a full page ad be given the
Citrus Annual for the year 1936.
Moved by Councilman Carr, seconded by
Councilman McIntire that the City of Azusa
place an ad in the 1936 Citrus Annual,
the price of same to be $18.00.
Carried by the following vote of the
Council:
Ayes: Councilmen: McIntire, Carr,
Arnold, Chester, Morden.
Noes; None. Absent: None.
Mr. Stone addressed the Council regarding
the repairs needed at the Slauson Memorial
' Plunge.
Moved by Councilman Chester, seconded by
Councilman Arnold that the matter of
purchasing paint for the plunge, be
referred to Councilman Carr, with power
to act.
Carried by the following vote of the
Council:
Ayes: Councilmen: McIntire, Carr,
Arnold, Chester, Morden.
Noes: None. Absent: None.
City to advertise
in the Citrus Annual.

The City Council of the City of Azusa
met in regular session at the above
time and place.
Present at roll call: Councilmen:
McIntire, Carr, Arnold, Chester, Morden,
City Attorney and City Clerk.
The minutes of the last regular meeting

as read.

lative to the treatment of Citrus trees

requested to clean the pool and author-
ized and instructed to purchase the acid
required to do the work.
