HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 67210 RESOLUTION NO. 6721 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF. The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: SECTION I. That certain Grant of Easement executed by Calmark Properties, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, under date of 2nd day of November 1978 , granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a Municipal Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to perpetual easement and right of way for public purposes for Utility purposes in, on, over, under, across and along the following described real property situate in the CITY OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit: SEE ATTACHMENT A Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution. Adopted and approved this 20th day of ,November , 1978 the City of Azusa I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 20th day of November 9 , y t e following vote of the CouncTF AYES: COUNCILMEN: Decker, Fry, Cruz, Moses, Solem NOES: COUNCILMEN: None ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None lG Cit Clerk of the City of Azusa Those portions of Lot I of Tract No. 33743, in the City of Azusa, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per Map filed in Book 888 Pages 55 and 56 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of said County, included within three strips of land, each 10.00 feet wide, lying 5.00 feet, measured at right angles, each side of the following described centerlines: STRIP I Beginning at a point in the easterly line of said Lot 1 that is distant thereon north 0°01'48" east 62.00 feet from the northeast corner of Lot 2 of said Tract No. 33743; thence north 89°58' 12" west 12.00 feet to point "A" for the purpose of this description; thence continuing north 89°58' 12" west 9.97 feet; thence north 45°33' 15" west 226.06 feet to point "B" for the purpose of this description; thence continuing north 45°33'15" west 93.77 feet; thence north 0°24'59" east 88.02 feet to the northerly line of said Lot 1. STRIP II Beginning at said point "A" hereinabove described; thence south 0°01'48" west 17.00 feet. STRIP III Beginning at said point "B" hereinabove described; thence south 44°26'45" west 25.00 feet to the terminus thereof. The sidelines of said Strip III are to be prolonged or shortened so as to terminate in a line bearing north 60°00'00" west and which passes through the southwesterly terminus thereof. ATTACHMENT A
