RESOLUTION NO. 6715
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA APPROVING THE FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP OF
TRACT NO. 20894 ACCEPTING THE DEDICATIONS
THEREIN OFFERED, ACCEPTING AN AGREEMENT WITH
THE SUBDIVIDER AND ACCEPTING A SURETY BOND.
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting by the owners and subdividers
thereof, a final subdivision map of Tract No. 20894 , and
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this meeting a proposed agreement by
MC KEON CONSTRUCTION, INC. faiA6'1c0nsftctioh iif certain
improvements within or for said subdivisions, and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has determined, on the basis of the staff report,
that the proposed subdivision is in accord with the conservation and open space elements of
the City's General Plan;
WHEREAS, said proposed agreement is accompanied by a surety bond for the faithful
performance of the terms and conditions of said agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
That the final subdivision map of Tract No. 20894 submitted to this meeting
be and the some is hereby approved;
That the City Council hereby finds and determines that the subdivision project and
the proposed development is in accord with the conservation and open space elements of the
City's General Plan;
That the dedications therein offered by and the some are hereby accepted for public
use, subject to any restrictions to be filed and recorded therewith; and that the proper officers
of the City of Azusa be and they are hereby authorized and instructed to approve said Map
on behalf of the City;
That the proposed agreement by MC KEON CONSTRUCTION, INC.
in the form submitted to this meeting be accepted and that the City Clerk be and—hWThere y
authorized and directed to file the some;
That the surety bond presented for the faithful performance of the terms and conditions
of said agreement with ARGONAUT INSURANCE COMPANY as surety
in the sum of 62,387.41 be and the some hereby is accepted; and
That the City Clerk certify to the adoption of this resolution.
