HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 6830RESOLUTION NO. 6830 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA CONCERNING TRANSFERS FROM THE ELECTRIC UTILITY DEPARTMENT TO THE AZUSA GENERAL FUND. The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. The City Council hereby resolves that the Electric Utility Department of the City of Azusa will make payments of funds to the General Fund of the City of Azusa in an amount equal to 10% of Gross Revenues of the Electric Utility Department less revenues obtained through the fuel adjustment clause. Such Gross Revenues will be determined as of June 30th of each year. In recognition that the Electric Utility Department includes in its billings to its customers a fuel adjustment charge which is equal to the fuel adjustment charge paid by the Electric Utility Department for wholesale power supply, the gross revenues shall not be deemed to include revenues obtained through the fuel adjustment charge. SECTION 2. The.Deputy City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 6th day of August, 1979.
