A RESOLUTION OF -THE CITY COUNCIL,OF THE CITY OF
AZUSA APPOINTING A CITY OF AZUSA MEMBER TO THE
CITY SELECTION'COMMITTEE'FOR,THE SOUTHERN
CALIFORNIA'RAPID TRANSIT DISTRICT. -
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve
as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Azusa
hereby appoints Eugene F. Moses as the City of Azusa
Member of the City Selection Committee for the Southern
California Rapid Transit District.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution and shall transmit a copy
thereof to the Secretary of the Southern California
Rapid Transit District.
Adopted and Approved this 21st day of April, 1980.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at
a regular meeting thereof held on the 21st day of April,
1980, by the following vote•of the Council:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Decker, Fry, Cruz, Moses, Solem
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEN: None
