A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA FIXING AND ESTABLISHING THE RATES TO
BE CHARGED BY THE WATER DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA FOR THE INSTALLATION OF WATER METERS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA'DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTIONI 1.• Pursuant to Section 16.20:030 of the Azusa
Municipal Code, those certain charges set forth in prior Resolutions for the
installation of water meters are hereby amended and the same are fixed and
established to be charged by the Water Department of the City of Azusa as
follows: I -
Installation of Water Meters
3/4" $200.00
1" $300.00
All other sizes Time and Material Basis
SECTION 2. The rates as set forth above shall be used by
the Water Department of the City of Azusa in imposing the charge of installation
of water meters effective immediately.

SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of March, 1980.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted
by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting thereof held on
the 3rd day of March, 1980, by the following vote of the Council:
