RESOLUTION NO. 7211
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AZUSA ESTABLISHING THE DEPARTMENT
OF PLANNING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AS
THE RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT COORDI-
NATING AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF AZUSA
WHEREAS, AB -941 will become effective on January 1,
1983, requiring that each city establish a coordinator for the
review and report to individual applicants on the status of
residential projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, the'City Council of the City of
Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Azusa
hereby declares that the Department of Planning Community
Development is designated as the Residential Development Permit
Coordinating Agency for the dissemination of information as
to the status of residential projects for the City of Azusa.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this Resolution.

ADOPTED AND APPROVED THIS -20th day of December ,
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
duly adopted by the City of Azusa, at a regular meeting thereof
held on the 20thday of December 1982, by the following vote
of the Council:
