A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF AZUSA REQUESTING AN
ALLOCATION OF COUNTY AID TO CITIES
FUNDS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SEVEN
TRAFFIC CONTROLLERS ON FOOTHILL BLVD._
AND SIERRA MADRE AVENUE AND MODIFICATION
OF EXISTING SIGNAL SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, the County of Los Angeles has appropriated certain monies to the City
of Azusa as County Aid to Cities; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to expend the amount,of $185,000: of said
funds accrued to the City for the installation of seven Traffic Controllers,
on Foothill Blvd. and Sierra Madre Avenue, and the modification of existing
Signal System.
NOW, THEREFORE the City Council of the City of Azusa resolves that:
1. The County of Los Angeles is hereby requested
to allocate $185,000. of the Aid to Cities Funds,
to the City, for the work specified above and to
pay this amount to the City when claimed.
2. The City Clerk is directed to forward a certified
copy of this Resolution to the Los Angeles County
Road Commissioner for processing.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of July, 1982.

Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 19th
day of July, 1982, by the following vote of the Council:
AYES: Councilmembers: Decker, Hart, Latta, Moses
