A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AZUSA AUTHORIZING THE DESTRUCTION
OF CERTAIN POLICE RECORDS.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Government Code of the State
of California at Section 34090 authorizes the
destruction of certain City records upon the written
approval of the City Attorney and the adoption of a
Resolution by the City Council authorizing such action.
SECTION 2. The City Attorney has filed his .
written consent to the destruction of records, documents,
instruments, books and papers described hereinafter.
SECTION 3. The following City records, documents,
instruments, books or papers are no longer required and
may be destroyed:
1. Incident Reports (including microfilm)
1979 and prior.
2. Alpha index cards--non-criminal
;1979 and prior:
3. Alpha index cards --criminal
1974 and prior.
4. Goldenrod citation (duplicates)
All.
5. Pawn receipts
1979 and prior.
6. Dog licenses
1978 and prior.
7. Citation transmittals
1979 and prior.
8. Warrant transmittals
1979 and prior.
9. Tear gas permits
1979 and prior.
10. Animal control activity logs
1979 and prior.
11. Desk logs
1979 and prior.
12. Monthly reports to Council
1979 and prior.
13. Statistical tally forms
1979 and prior.
14. Traffic statistics
1979 and prior.

16. Court transmittal sheets

SECTION 4. This Resolution shall become effective
immediately.

adoption of this Resolution.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 3 day of May 1982.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa, at a
regular meeting thereof, held on the day of ,
