MC DONALD, full notice will be served that decent law-abiding citizens are not going to stand for the illegal activities that threaten our society, and WHEREAS, to that end, the Neighborhood :watch Program, in which MS. MC DONALD _is a Block Captain, is the means through which we can all act to quell, if not remove these threats, and WHEREAS, it appears to be a simple thing to report suspicious or overtly illegal activities to the police; however, there appears to be growing instances of people turning their backs on critical situations.
