RESOLUTION NO. 7320
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA
ACCEPTING A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING
THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That certain Grant of Easement executed by Azusa Commercial
Development, a limited Partnership by JPS Developers, general partner.
under date of day of 19 , granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a
Municipal Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to
perpetual easement and right of way for public purposes for ingrpcc and egress
in, on, over, under, across and along the following described real property situate in the CITY
OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
The Westerly 20 feet of lots 17, 18, and 19 of block 77, of Maps of Azusa,
Map recorded in Book 15, Pages 93 to 96.
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the some to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
Adopted and approved this 15th day of August , 19 83_•

Fora Valuable Consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Azusa Commercial Development,
Joseph Tong, Peter Subadya and Samuel Nugroho
hereby grants to the City of Azusa, a Municipal Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, on
easementfor public ingress and egress purposes, including the right to
construct, use, maintain, alter, add to, repair, replace, and remove, all facilities therefor or
connected therewith, in, on, over, under, across, and along the real property in the City of Azusa,
County of Los Angeles, State of California, described as follows:
