THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Mrs. HELEN G. CHAPMAN having been appointed to the Planning Commission by the Mayor and said appointment having been consented to by the City Council, said appointment is hereby approved and HELEN G. CHAPMAN is appointed to the Planning Commission for the term expiring June 30th, 1987. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and shall transmit a certified copy thereof to MRS. HELEN G. CHAPMAN. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 7th day of May, 1984.
