RESOLUTION NO. 7432
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA
ACCEPTING A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING
THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION I. That certain Grant of Easement executed by
under date of 14th day of February 1984 , granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a
Municipal Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to
perpetual easement and right of way for public purposes for
Roadway purposes
in, on, over, under, across and along the following described real property situate in the CITY
OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
THOSE portions of Lots 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 of Tract No. 34377 located in the City
of Azusa, County of Los Angeles, State of California, as per Map recorded in
Book 925, Pages 32, 33 and 34 of Maps, in the Office of the County Recorder of
said County, described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Tract No. 34377; thence South 00 07'
39" East 345.34 feet along the east line of said Tract No. 34377 to an angle point
in said east line; thence continuing along said east line, South 00 23' 02"
West 458.83 feet to a point on a curve concave northeasterly having a radius of
53.00 feet, a radial bearing through said point bears South 340 05' 26" East;
thence westerly and northerly along said curve through a central angle of 1420
45' 15" an arc distance of 132.05 feet to a point, a radial bearing through said
point bears North 710 20' 11" West; thence tangent to said curve North 180 39'
49" East 50.00 feet to the beginning of a curve concave westerly having a radius
of 92.00 feet; thence northerly through a central angle of 180 16' 47" an arc
distance of 29.35 feet to a point, a radial bearing through said paint bears
South 890 36' 58" East; thence tangent to said curve North 00 23' 02" East
(continued) Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the some to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.

easterly having a radius of 330.00 feet; thence northeasterly through a central
angle of 250 50' 08" an arc distance of 148.80 feet to the beginning point of
a reverse curve, concave northwesterly and having a radius of 270.00 feet, a
radial bearing through said point bears North 640 17' 31" West; thence northerly
through a central angle 180 40' 25" an arc distance of 88.00 feet to the begin-
ning point of a compound curve, concave southwesterly and having a radius of
30.00 feet; thence northerly and westerly through a central angle of 960 55'
44" an arc distance of 50.75 feet to a point on the north line of said Tract
No. 34377, a radial bearing through said point bears North 00 06' 20" East;
thence South 890 53' 40" East 31.78 feet along the north line of said Tract
No. 34377 to the northeast corner of said Tract and the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING
of this description.
