RESOLUTION NO. 7395
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AZUSA APPOINTING CHARLENE SILVA
TO THE UTILITIES COMMISSION.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. CHARLENE SILVA having been
appointed to the Utilities Commission as a Member
at Large, by the Mayor and said appointment
having been consented to by the City Council, said appointment
is hereby approved and CHARLENE SILVA is appointed to
the Utilities Commission for the term expiring June 30, 1986.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and shall transmit a certified copy
thereof to Charlene Silva.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 3rd day of January, 1984.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was
duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a
regular meeting thereof, held on the 3rd day of January, 1984,
by the following vote of the Council:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: CRUZ, COOK, CAMARENA, LATTA, MOSES
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
