A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA REVOKING CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS
NO. C-75 AND C-77, AMERICAN PRINCIPALS CORPORA-
TION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Azusa does
hereby find, determine and declare that:
A. Proceedings pursuant to the provisions of
Section 19.60.150 of the Azusa Municipal Code
were duly initiated to revoke Conditional Use
Permits No. C-75 and C-77 issued to American
Principals Corporation to allow a service station
on the following described property (hereinafter
"Subject Property"), to wit, 459 South Azusa Avenue,
legally described as a portion of Lot 2 of
Tract 5115, Map of Azusa;
B. The revocation proceedings were duly initiated,
notice of public hearing thereon was duly given and
published in accordance with applicable law;
C. A public hearing thereon was duly held by the
Planning Commission of the City of Azusa on
October 3, 1984, and a hearing thereon was held
by the City Council of the City of Azusa on
November 19, 1984, and at least ten days prior
to said hearing before the City Council the holder
of said Conditional Use Permits was notified of
the nature, date, place and time of the hearing
before the City Council and was further advised
of its right to speak before the Council;
D. On October 3, 1984, the Planning Commission
of the City of Azusa by Resolution No. 2063 recom-
mended to the City Council that the said Condi-
tional Use Permits be revoked pursuant to
Section 19.60.150 of the Azusa Municipal Code
finding that the use for which the permit was
granted had ceased;
E. The City Council has considered all of the
information presented to it at the hearing held
on November 19, 1984, and finds that the use for
which the Conditional Use Permits were granted,
service station facilities, has ceased;
F. In taking this action, the City Council con-
sidered the effects of the decision on the housing
needs of the region in which the city is located
and balanced those needs against the public
service needs of the city residents and available
fiscal and environmental resources.
SECTION 2. Based upon the findings set forth in
Section 1, above, the City Council of the City of Azusa, pursuant
to the authority of Section 19.60.150 does hereby revoke Condi-
tional Use Permits No. C-75 and C-77 issued to American Principals
Corporation.

SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify the adoption
of this resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of December,
1984.
