A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA
ACCEPTING A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING
THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That certain Grant of Easement executed by Monrovia Nursery
Company
under date of 12th day of July 19 85, granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a
Municipal Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to
perpetual easement and right of way for public purposes for a sanitary sewer system
in, on, over, under, across and along the following described real property situate in the CITY
OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A"
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.

RANCHO AZUSA DE DALTON AS PER MAP RECORDED IN BOOK 2, PAGES 106 AND 107 OF
PATENTS AND A PORTION OF PARCEL 8 AS SHOWN ON LICENSED SURVEYOR'S MAP FILED IN
BOOK 29, PAGE 37 OF RECORD OF SURVEYS, BOTH ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE
COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID COUNTY, LYING 5.00 FEET ON EACH SIDE OF THE FOLLOWING
DESCRIBED CENTERLINE:
BEGINNING AT A POINT IN THE CENTERLINE OF FOOTHILL BOULEVARD AS SHOWN ON MAP
OF TRACT NO. 31604, FILED IN BOOK 839, PAGES 90 AND 91, RECORDS OF SAID COUNTY,
SAID POINT BEING SOUTH 890 59' 39" WEST 890.71 FEET FROM THE CENTERLINE INTER-
SECTION WITH CITRUS AVENUE AS SHOWN ON SAID TRACT NO. 31604; THENCE NORTH
0° 02' 51" WEST 1,887.33 FEET; THENCE NORTH 19° 57' 09" EAST 324 FEET MORE OR
LESS TO THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF THE DEED TO MANRESA JESUIT RETREAT HOUSE RECORDED
JANUARY 9, 1975 AS INSTRUMENT NO. 625 IN BOOK D6523, PAGE 708 OF OFFICIAL
RECORDS OF SAID COUNTY.
EXCEPT THEREFROM THAT PORTION LYING WITHIN FOOTHILL BOULEVARD.
THE SIDE LINES OF SAID EASEMENT SHALL BE LENGTHENED OR FORESHORTENED SO AS
TO TERMINATE NORTHERLY IN THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID O.R. D6523 AND SOUTHERLY
IN THE NORTHERLY LINE OF FOOTHILL BOULEVARD.
