HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 78630 0 RESOLUTION NO. 7863 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES FIRE DEPARTMENT TO IMPLEMENT A.B. 2185 AS THE ADMINISTERING AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF AZUSA. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Azusa, as follows: Section 1. The County of Los Angeles Fire Department is hereby authorized to represent the City of Azusa, as the administering agency, for the implementa- tion of Assembly Bill 2185, under the terms and condi- tions of the law as written in the Health and Safety Code, Chapter 6.95, Division 20. Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution. PASSED, APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 20th day Of January , 1986. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 20th day of January 1986, by the following vote of the Council: AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: CRUZ, COOK, CAMARENA, LATTA, MOSES NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
