A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF AZUSA DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO
VACATE A PORTION OF THE PUBLIC STREET KNOWN
AS SANTA FE AVENUE BETWEEN ALAMEDA AND
DALTON AVENUES
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Azusa hereby declares
its intent to vacate 60 feet of Santa Fe Avenue between Alameda and Dalton
Avenues, as more particularly described on Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2. This vacation proceeding is being conducted pursuant
to Sections 8320 through 8325 of the Streets and Highways Code.
Section 3. A public hearing shall be held on this proposed vacation
before the City Council on Monday, June 16, 1986 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon
thereafter as the matter may be heard in the council chambers of the City
of Azusa, located at 213 East Foothill Boulevard, Azusa, California.
Section 4. The City Clerk shall publish this Resolution in the
manner required by Sections 8320 and 8322 of the Streets and Highways Code
and shall post notices of vacation in the manner required by Section 8323
of the Streets and Highways Code.
Section 5. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
