RESOLUTION NO. 8193
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA
ACCEPTING A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING
THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City CounciCo.f the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION I. That certain Grant of Easement executed by
under date of 23rd day of February 19 87, granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a
Municipal Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to
perpetual easement and right of way for public purposes for Underground Electric utility,
including the right to construct, use, maintain, alter, add to repair, and remove
all facilities therefor or connected therewith,
hVXXVrX4VU, under, following described rea.1 property situate in the CITY
OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
A 6' strip easement across (from west to east) the below described property at the
northern most property line. Conduits are to be of rigid steel at a minimum depth
of 8' (eight feet) with a 4" concrete encasement. Property owner retains the right
to build upon the easement.
Parcel #1: The southwest one-quarter of the southwest one-quarter of the southwest
one-quarter of Section 3, Township 1 South, Range 10 West, San Bernardino Base and
Meridian County of Los Angeles, State of California.
Except the east 330 feet thereof
Also except the south 150 feet thereof
Also except the 225 feet thereof
Also except a strip of land 25 feet wide of the west side thereof for road purposes.
Parcel #2: The north 225 feet of the southwest one-quarter of the southwest one-quarter
of the southwest one-quarter of Section 3, Township 1 South, Range 10 West, San
Bernardino Base and Meridian, County of Los Angeles, State of California, according to
the official plat of the survey of the said land on file in the Bureau of Land
Management.
Except the east 330 feet thereof
Also except a strip of land 25 feet wide off the west side thereof for road purposes.
More commonly known as 840-880 South Vincent Avenue.
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to cause the some to be filed' for record in the office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.

GRANT OF EASEMENT
For a Valuable Consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
hereby grants to the City of Azusa, a Municipal Corporation in Los Angeles County, California,
an easement for electric utility purposes, including the right to construct-, use, maintain,
alter, add to, repair, replace, and remove all facilities therefor or connected therewith,
under the real property in the City of Azusa, County of Los Angeles, State of California,
described as follows:
