HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 8343RESOLUTION NO. 8343 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 8270 REGARDING THE EXECUTIVE AND MIDDLE MANAGEMENT EMPLOYEES. THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Whereas, the job titles, salaries and benefits for executive and middle management employees of the City of Azusa are authorized in Resolution No. 8270; and SECTION 2. Whereas, it is appropriate at this time to authorize a change in job title only to one such position indicated in Resolution No. 8270. SECTION 3. Now, therefore, be it resolved that the City Council of the City of Azusa does hereby authorize the job title of the Chief of Police be changed to Chief of Police/Assistant City Administrator, and that the incumbent remain at his present salary and management designation. THE CITY CLERK SHALL CERTIFY TO THE ADOPTION OF THIS RESOLUTION. ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 7th day of December, 1987. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting thereof held on the 7th day of December, 1987 by the following vote of the Council: AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: AVILA, COOK, CRUZ, LATTA, MOSES NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE _J CITY CLERK
