HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 8376RESOLUTION NO. 8376 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows: SECTION 1. That certain Grant of Easement executed by Shams Karimi and Gloria A. Karimi under date of February 1, 1988, granting to the CITY OF AZUSA, a Municipal Corporation in Los Angeles County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to perpetual easement and right of way for public purposes for Street and Highway Purposes in, on, over, under, across and along the following described real property situated in the CITY OF AZUSA, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit: That portion of lot 20 of Tract 14072, Being in the City of Azusa, as per map recorded in book 282, pages 20-21 of maps, in the office of the County Recorder of Los Angeles County, California, described as follows: Beginning at the northwest corner of said lot 20, thence along the northerly line of said lot, north 890 51' 20" east of 5.00 feet; thence south 00 22' 39" east, parallel with and 5.00 feet easterly of the westerly line of said lot, 135.10 feet to a tangent curve concave to the northeast and having a radius of 25.00 feet; thence along said curve through an angle of 890 46' 01" a distance of 39.17 feet to a point in the southerly line of said lot; thence along the southerly and westerly lines of said lot the following courses and distances, south 890 51' 20" west 5.00 feet, to a tangent curve concave northeasterly, thence along said curve through an angle of 890 46' 01" a distance of 39.17 feet, thence north 00 22' 39" west 135.10 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 800.00 square feet more or less. Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the County Records of said County. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution. Adopted and approved this 16thday of February , 1988 r ene F.
