RESOLUTION NO. 8441
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE A
PORTION OF THE PUBLIC STREET KNOWN AS TODD
AVENUE, SOUTH OF FOOTHILL BOULEVARD
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Azusa hereby
declares its intent to vacate sixty feet of Todd Avenue, south
of Foothill Boulevard, as more particularly described on Exhibit
A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and also
on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Azusa.
Section 2. The intent to vacate Todd Avenue is
conditional upon the full implementation of the proposed Price
Club Expansion project. Should for any reason the project fail,
Todd Avenue will not be vacated.
Section 3. This vacation proceeding is being conducted
pursuant to Sections 8320 through 8325 of the Streets and
Highways Code.
Section 4. A public hearing shall be held on this
proposed vacation before the City Council on Monday, July 18,
1988 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard in the council chambers of the City of Azusa, located at
213 East Foothill Boulevard, Azusa, California.
Section 5. The City Clerk shall publish this Resolution
in the manner required by Sections 8320 and 8322 of the Streets
and Highways Code and shall post notices of vacation in the
manner required by Section 8323 of the Streets and Highways Code.
Section 6. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of June, 1988.

Proverty Description
That portion of Todd Avenue beginning with the right of way
limits on the south side of Foothill Boulevard and extending
approximately 810 feet including the full sixty foot right-of-way
and cul-de-sac at the southerly terminus of said street.
