HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 8703a e RESOLUTION NO. 8703 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS FOR THE CITY OF AZUSA BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Azusa does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement, Department of General Services of the State of California, to purchase materials, supplies and equipment for and on behalf of the City of Azusa, pursuant to section 14814 of the Government Code, and that the City of Azusa Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary requests and other documents therewith for and on behalf of the City of Azusa. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of September, I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 5th day of September, 1989 by the following vote of the Council: AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: AVILA, STEMRICH, NARANJO, LATTA, MOSES NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
