A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA AUTHORIZING THE DEPARTMENT OF
GENERAL SERVICES OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA
TO PURCHASE CERTAIN ITEMS FOR THE AZUSA
POLICE DEPARTMENT
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the City Council of the City
of Azusa does hereby authorize the Office of Procurement,
Department of General Services of the State of California, to
purchase "materials, supplies, and equipment," for and on behalf
of the Azusa Police Department pursuant to Section 14814,
Government Code, and that Chief Lloyd J. Wood is hereby
authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary
requests and other documents in connection therewith for and on
behalf of the Azusa Police Department.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of
August 1989.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular
meeting thereof, held on the 21st day of August
1989, by the following vote of the Council:
