authorized to instruct the Azusa Valley in purchase of
Savings Bank to open an escrow for the City of Contract Water
Azusa to retire bonds held by the Contract Company well.
Water Company in lieu of the purchase of the
Contract Well, at an approximate cost of four
thousand dollars.
