HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. 87680 RESOLUTION NO. 8768 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA APPOINTING FREDRICK M. DIAZ INTERIM CITY ADMINISTRATOR AND APPROVING THAT CERTAIN AGREEMENT ENTITLED "EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY OF AZUSA AND FREDRICK M. DIAZ" THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Azusa hereby appoints Fredrick M. Diaz as Interim City Administrator effective December 16, 1989 and further approves that certain agreement entitled "Employment Agreement between City of Azusa and Fredrick R. Diaz" in substantially the form attached hereto as Exhibit A. The terms and conditions of Diaz's employment as Interim City Administrator shall be as set forth in said agreement. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of December , 1989. I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 4th day of December 1989, by the following vote of the Council: AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS AVILA, STEMRICH, NARANJO, LATTA, MOSES NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS NONE ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS NONE CITY CLERK " pmt/RES87983
