DISCUSSION OF ENVIRONMENTAL EVALUATION 8.a&b Project is a request to change zoning of two parcels from Rlc (Single -Family Residential) to R2 (Two -Family Residential), with a concurrent amendment in the Land Use Designation within the Land Use Element of the Azusa General Plan from Low -Density Residential to Medium Density Residential. 11.&12. One parcel is developed with a single-family residence, while the other is developed with a two- family residence. Rezoning would allow construction of one more dwelling unit on the former parcel, but no additional dweling units on the latter parcel. 1
