A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA AUTHORIZING STAFF TO INITIATE THE
ACQUISITION PROCESS FOR CERTAIN ELECTRICAL
DISTRIBUTION FACILITIES FROM SOUTHERN
CALIFORNIA EDISON COMPANY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Azusa does
hereby find, determine and declare that:
A. Southern California Edison Company (hereinafter
"SCE") is the owner of certain electrical distribution
facilities located 215 E. Sierra Madre Avenue.
B. The City is desirous of acquiring the subject
facilities.
SECTION 2. The City Council hereby authorizes staff to
initiate acquisition of the above described electrical facilities
from Southern California Edison Company and to negotiate an
agreement for possession of such facilities.
SECTION 3. The City Clerk shall certify the adoption
of this resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of
April , 1990.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa, at a regular
meeting thereof held on the 16thday of April , 1990.
