A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF AZUSA
APPROVING PARKING PROHIBITION
ON GLADSTONE ST. AND FOOTHILL BLVD.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does hereby resolve
as follows:
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has reviewed the areas on
Gladstone St. and Foothill Blvd., and has confirmed that parked
vehicles interfere with sight distance thereby affecting safe
passage through the intersections,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Azusa
considered all oral and written communications,
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of
the City of Azusa that the below described traffic control device
be implemented at the locations herein:
Forty five feet of red curbing on north side
of Gladstone Street, east of Virginia Avenue,
from the end of the curb return to the first
easterly driveway.
One hundred and ninety two feet of red curbing
on northside of Foothill Blvd., west of Pasadena
Ave., from the end of the curb return to the
property line.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of
August , 199 0.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular
meeting thereof, held on the 20thday of August, 1990, by the
following vote of the Council:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: DANGLEIP., SMIRICE, NARANJO, ALEXANDER, MOSES
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
