RESOLUTION NO. 91-C18
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA APPOINTING JOHN J. KELLEY
TO THE HANDICAP ACCESS COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. JOHN J. KELLEY having been appointed to the
Handicap Access Commission by the Mayor, and said appointment
having been consented to by the City Council, said appointment
is hereby approved and JOHN J. KELLEY is appointed to the
Handicap Access Commission for the term expiring June 30, 1995.
SECTION 2. The Deputy City Clerk shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution and shall transmit a certified copy
thereof to JOHN J. KELLEY.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 18th day of March, 1991.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular
meeting thereof, held on the 18th day of March, 1991, by the
following vote of the Council:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: DANGLEIS, STEMRICH, NARANJO, ALEXANDER, MOSES
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
