NO. 91-067
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA ADOPTING THE SCHEDULE OF FEES AND
CHARGES FOR THE 1991-92 FISCAL YEAR
WHEREAS, Chapter 3.08 of the Azusa Municipal Code sets
forth a schedule of costs reasonably borne with regard to the
services that the City provides, and
WHEREAS, Chapter 3.08 of the Azusa Municipal Code
requires a duly noticed public hearing to be held at the time of
consideration of the City's budget for the upcoming fiscal year,
and this hearing having been properly conducted,
NOW, therefore, be it resolved that the City Council of
the City of Azusa does hereby adopt the attached schedule of Fees
and Charges for services to be rendered during the 1991-92 Fiscal
Year.
1991. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of June,
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa, at a regular
meeting thereof, held on the 17th day of June, 1991, by
the following vote of the Council:
