reading of .this Ordinance.

water Contracts issued to Mr, and Mr. Joseph reported on
Haft, The Greever Estate, C. A. Griffith, Contracts.

Moved by Councilman Owens, seconded by Council-
man Strohmeier that the Nigg Brothers be
awarded the Contract of constructing and
erecting a hose drying rack at a cost not to
exceed one hundred dollars.

Strohmeier, Carr, Arnold.

The matter of the amount of fee charged for
permits for repair of roofs was discussed and
the Building Inspector instructed to be
guided by the Code in fixing the amount of fee
for such permits.
Moved by Councilman Strohmeier, seconded by
Councilman Owens that Mr. Kressly and Mr.
Robinson be instructed to attend the meeting
of Town Hall on October 10, 1938.
