A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA REAPPOINTING DAVID SANTELLAN TO THE
PARRS AND RECREATION COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. DAVID SANTELLAN having been appointed to the
Parks and Recreation Commission by the Mayor, and said appointment
having been consented to by the City Council, said appointment is
hereby approved and DAVID SANTELLAN is appointed to the Parks and
Recreation Commission for the term expiring June 30, 1996.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption
of this resolution and shall transmit a certified copy thereof to
DAVID SANTELLAN.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 19th day of July, 1993.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly
adopted by the City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular
meeting thereof, held on the 19th day of July, 1993, by the
following vote of the Council:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: MADRID, NARANJO, ALEXANDER, MOSES
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
