A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA
ACCEPTING A CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING
THE RECORDING THEREOF.
The City Council of the City of Azusa does resolve as follows:
SECTION 1. That certain Grant of Easement executed by Mr. Jack Gorby,
representing Foothill Vista Mobile Home Park under date of 6th day of August
1993, granting to the City of Azusa, a Municipal Corporation in Los Angeles
County, California, its successors and assigns, the right to perpetual
easement and right of way for public purposes at 840 E. Foothill in, on,
over, under, across and along the following described real property situated
in the City of Azusa, Los Angeles County, State of California to wit:
That portion of Section 35, Township 1 North, Range 10 West, San Bernardino
Meridian, Rancho Azusa De Dalton, in the City of Azusa, County of Los
Angeles, State of California, described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the reference line, 19 feet
south of the north line of Foothill Boulevard (also known as
Center Street), as described in deed to said County, recorded
in Book 4473, page 165 if deeds, with the centerline of Citrus
Avenue (also known as Foothill Boulevard), as shown on Tract
No. 3472, recorded in Book 42, page 11 of maps; thence
southerly along said centerline of Citrus Avenue a distance of
90 feet; thence westerly at a right angle to said centerline
a distance of 40 feet to a point on the westerly line of
Citrus Avenue, said point being the true point of beginning;
thence southerly along said westerly line a distance of 20
feet; thence westerly at a right angle to said westerly line
a distance of 4 feet; thence northerly along with a line
parallel and distant 4 feet west of with said westerly line,
a distance of 20 feet; thence easterly a distance of 4 feet to
the true point of beginning.
Said Grant of Easement is hereby accepted, and the City Clerk is hereby
authorized and directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the
office of the County Records of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this
Resolution.
Adopted and approved this 16th day of August, 1993.

GRANT OF EASEMENT
For a Valuable Consideration, receipt,of which is hereby acknowledged, Mr.
Jack Gorby, owner of the property at 840 E. Foothill Boulevard hereby grants
to the City of Azusa, a Municipal Corporation in Los Angeles County,
California, an easement for pedestrian purposes, including the right to
construct, use, maintain, alter, add to, repair, replace, and remove all
facilities therefor or connected therewith, in, on, over, under, across, and
along the real property in the City of Azusa, County of Los Angeles, State of
California, described as follows:
