RESOLUTION NO. 96-C12
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA RE -AFFIRMING
ORDINANCE 2240, AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA
PREZONING A CERTAIN UNINCORPORATED AREA OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY
BOUNDED BY LARK ELLEN AVENUE, ARROW HIGHWAY, AZUSA AVENUE, GLADSTONE
STREET AND THE AZUSA CITY LIMITS UPON ANNEXATION (ZONE CHANGE NO. Z-233)
& RE -AFFIRMING RESOLUTION NO. 7579, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF AZUSA CERTIFYING THE NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR APPROXIMATELY
77.5 ACRES OF UNINCORPORATED AREA OF LOS ANGELES COUNTY BOUNDED
GENERALLY BY LARK ELLEN AVENUE, ARROW HIGHWAY, AZUSA AVENUE, GLADSTONE
STREET AND THE AZUSA CITY LIMITS ( ZONE CASE NO. Z-233).
WHEREAS, The City Council of the City of Azusa did find, determine, declare and
adopt said Ordinance 2240 and Resolution 7579 on October 15, 1984, and
WHEREAS, The prezoning of the subject area consisting of said 77.5 acres is currently
within the sphere of influence of the City of Azusa, and
WHEREAS, The proper procedure including required Public Hearings and Resolutions
of the Planning Commission of the City of Azusa where complied with, and
WHEREAS, Adolph Solis, City Clerk of the City of Azusa certified said Ordinance and
Resolution, as approved by then Mayor, Eugene Moses, and
WHEREAS, Since the time of said adoption, approval and certification of Ordinance
2240 and Resolution 7579 there has been no material change in circumstances that led to the
findings or determinations of the City Council of the City of Azusa,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES HEREBY
RE -AFFIRM ORDINANCE 2240 AND RESOLUTION 7579.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of February, 1996.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution No. 96-C12 was duly adopted by the
City Council of the City of Azusa, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 5th day of
February, 1996.
