A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA ACCEPTING A CERTAIN GRANT OF
EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE RECORDING THEREOF
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That certain Grant of Easement executed by Carmen Holthe,
under date of August, 28, 2001,to the CITY OF AZUSA A Municipal perpetual
easement and right of way to construct, operate, use, maintain, alter, add to,
reconstruct, enlarge, repair, renew, replace, inspect, improve, relocate, and/or
remove, at any time and from time to time under, in, along, and across the
following described parcel of real property situated in the CITY OF AZUSA, Los
Angeles County_,. State of California to wit:
The northerly 4 feet of lot 51 of Tract No. 20495,
located in the City of Azusa, as recorded in Map
Book 556, Pages 39 to 44, in the offices of the
County Recorder, Los Angeles County
Said Grant of Easements is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is hereby
authorizes and directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office
of the County Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City
Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting thereof held on the 10th day
of September, 2001, by the following vote of the Council:

GRANT OF PERMANENT EASEMENT
FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Carmen
Holthe, ("Grantor"), does hereby grant to the CITY OF AZUSA, CALIFORNIA, a municipal
-- --corporation, -its successors .and assigns, and its and their employees, contractors and agents
("Grantee"), the permanent easement and right-of-wayto construct, operate, use, maintain, alter, add
to, reconstruct, enlarge, repair, renew, replace, inspect, improve, relocate, and/or remove, at anytime
and from time to time, on, over, under, in, along, and across the following described parcel of real
property situated in the City of Azusa, County of Los Angeles, State of California, described as
follows:
The northerly 4 feet of lot 51 of Tract No. 20495, located in the City of Azusa,
as recorded in Map Book 556, Pages 39 to 44, in the offices of the County
Recorder, Los Angeles County
Together with all necessary and convenient means of ingress and egress to and from said right-of-
way or strip or parcel of land, free from any and all buildings, equipment, vegetation, combustible
materials, or obstructions of any kind, for the purpose of constructing, reconstruction, maintaining,
operating, repairing, renewing, replacing, using, altering, or removing in any manner the
improvement together with any and all of the purposes hereinbefore mentioned.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above granted and described premises unto the CITY OF
AZUSA, CALIFORNIA, its successors and assigns forever.
