RESOLUTION NO. 02-C4
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA APPOINTING RICK MACDONALD
TO THE HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. RICK MACDONALD having been appointed to the Human
Relations Commission by the City Council, said appointment is hereby approved and RICK
MACDONALD is appointed to the Human Relations Commission for the term expiring
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and
transmit a certified copy thereof to RICK MACDONALD.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 7`h day of January, 2002.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the
City Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting thereof, held on the 7`h day of January,
2002, by the following vote of the Council:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: HARDISON,STANFORD, ROCHA,CHAGNON,MADRID
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
