The City Council of the -City of Azusa met in
regular session at the above time and place.
Present at roll call: Councilmen: Jumper,
Malone, Bradshaw, Arnold, Owens, City Attorney
Tscharner and City Clerk.
Each member present having acknowledged receipt
of a written copy of the minutes of the regular
meeting of July 7, 1941, the Mayor asked if there
were any objections or corrections to said minutes.
There being none, the minutes of the regular meet-
ing of July 7, 1941 were unanimously approved as
written.
A communication signed by Walter Myers, Fourth
Assistant Postmaster General, relative to ac-
commodations for the Azusa Post Office, was read
and no action taken.
Letters from Paul Masen and E. B. Colladay,
Brigadier General, U. S. Army, Commanding, were
read and ordered placed on file.

Mr. Robinson presented the annual report showing
