A RESOLUTION OF THE UTILITY BOARD/CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA
APPROVING A QUITCLAIM OF CERTAIN EASEMENTS AND DIRECTING THE
NOTARIZATION THEREOF.
THE UTILITY BOARD/CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTIONS 1. Azusa Light & Water hereby remises, releases and forever quitclaims to:
Azusa Land Partners, LLC
all Grantor's interest in those certain easements and easement rights granted to Grantor as successor in
interest to Azusa Irrigating Company and Azusa Valley Water Company as recorded in the Official Records
of Los Angeles County, California, respecting those certain real properties now situated in the City of Azusa,
County of Los Angeles, State of California.
Said Quitclaim of Easements, attached as Exhibit A, is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is
hereby authorized and directed to cause the same to be filed for record in the office of the County
Recorder of said County.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 27`s day of February, 2006.

Easement 2: An easement for pipeline and reservoir purposes, with point of beginning at the
Southeast comer of Lot 83, as shown on map of said Lot 83, Azusa Land and Water
Company Subdivision No. 2, as recorded in Book 43, Page 94 Miscellaneous
Records of Los Angeles County; thence 689.9 feet to a two inch pipe set in
concrete; thence North 33 degrees east 130.02 feet to a two inch pipe set in
concrete; thence North 32 degrees, 44 minutes 55 seconds West 352.09 feet to a two
inch pipe set in concrete; thence North 56 degrees, 47 minutes 5 seconds East;
13.48 to a two inch pipe set in concrete, said point being the point of beginning of
the following described parcel of land which is the parcel of land conveyed by this
instrument; thence North 17 degrees, 10 minutes, 5 seconds East 130 feet to a two

Easement 4: An easement for pipeline and water conveyance ditch purposes by and between
Azusa Irrigating Company, Grantee, and Azusa Foot -Hill Citrus Company, Grantor,
across the real property in the County of Los Angeles, State of California, described
as the easterly part of Lot 84 and Lot 85 of Subdivision No. 2, Azusa Land and
Water Company as recorded in Book 45, Page 94, Miscellaneous Records of said
County.... Said easement shall be a ten foot (10 ft.) parallel strip of land lying
southerly and an eight foot (8 ft.) parallel strip of land lying northeasterly of the
following described line. Beginning at the point of 192.40 feet east and 184.15
