RESOLUTION NO. 07-CIOS
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA
DECLARING ITS APPROVAL OF FINAL TRACT MAP NO 63780
WHEREAS, tract map 63780 has been properly prepared and signed.
WHEREAS, the public interests, necessity, and convenience require the City Council to
direct approval of said final tract map.
WHEREAS, the City Council elects to proceed in said action.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
Section I The City Engineer is hereby directed to approve tract map 63780.
Section 2, This resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of October, 2007.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution No. 07-C105, was duly adopted by the City
of Azusa at a Utility Board Meeting thereof held on the 22nd day of October, 2007, by the
