The City Council of the City of Azusa met in regular session at the above time and place. Present at roll call: Councilmen: Jumper, Roll call. Malone, Bradshaw, Arnold, Owens, City Attorney Miller and City Clerk. Each member present having acknowledged receipt of a written copy of the minutes of the regular meeting of January 19, 1942, the Mayor asked if Minutes approved. there were any objections or corrections to said minutes. There being none, the minutes of the regular meeting of January 19, 1942 were unanimously approved as written. FERRING THE SUM OF TPIENTY-FIVE THOUSAND DOLIA RS 1749 adopted. (x25,000.) FROM THE LIGHT FUND AND TWENTY-FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS (2,500.) FROM THE LIGHT RESERVE FUND TO VARIOUS FUNDS. Moved by Councilman Arnold, seconded by Coun- cilman Bradshaw this Resolution be adopted as read and numbered Resolution No. 1749. Mayor Owens reported on the appointment of Air Raid Wardens and the selection of First Aid Shelters. Superintendent Virgil Smith reported that the connection of the two water systems had been completed. 247 Councilman Jumper complimented Police Department. Reports.
