A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA REAFFIRMING APPOINTING JESS ALVA
TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. JESS ALVA having been appointed to the Planning Commission by the
City Council, said appointment is hereby approved and JESS ALVA is appointed to the Planning
Commission for the term expiring September 30, 2011.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and shall
transmit a certified copy thereof to JESS ALVA.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 56' day of October, 2009.
