A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA APPOINTING JOANNE HINOJOSA
TO THE HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. JOANNE HINOJOSA having been appointed to the Human Relations
Commission by the City Council, said appointment is hereby approved and JOANNE HINOJOSA
is appointed to the Human Relations Commission for the term expiring September 30, 2013.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and shall
transmit a certified copy thereof to JOANNE HINOJOSA.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 18th day of October, 2010.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the City
Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting thereof held on the 18`h day of October, 2010, by
the following vote of the Council:
