A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AZUSA APPOINTING HELEN JARAMILLO
TO THE HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. HELEN JARAMILLO having been appointed to the Human Relations
Commission by the City Council, said appointment is hereby approved and HELEN JARAMILLO
is appointed to the Human Relations Commission for the term expiring September 30, 2014.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and shall
transmit a certified copy thereof to HELEN JARAMILLO.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED this 7`h day of November 2011.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly adopted by the City
Council of the City of Azusa at a regular meeting thereof held on the 7'h day of November 2011, by
