HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolution No. UB- 12-C73RESOLUTION NO. 12-C73 A RESOLUTION OF THE UTILITY BOARD/CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA APPROVING A QUITCLAIM OF CERTAIN GRANT OF EASEMENT AND DIRECTING THE NOTARIZATION THEREOF. THE UTILITY BOARD/CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES HEREBY RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. City of Azusa hereby remises, releases and forever quitclaim to: Rosedale Land Partners II, LLC all Grantor's interest in those certain easements and easement rights granted to Grantor as successor in interest to City of Azusa as recorded in the Official Records of Los Angeles County, California, respecting those certain real properties now situated in the City of Azusa, County of Los Angeles, State of California; Said Quitclaim of Easement, attached as Exhibit A, is hereby accepted and the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to cause the same to be filed for the record in the office of the County Recorder of said County. SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 24`h day of September 2012. /oseph R.
