Virit Smith reported the valuation of the city reservoir

formation as to his enlistment in the Army Engineering Corps.
Moved by Councilman Malone, seconded by Councilman Owens,
the following requisitions be allowed:

Carried by the following vote of the Council:
Ayes: Councilmen: Owens, Malone, Bradshaw, Morden, Jumper.
