A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA
APPOINTING RAY AYON TO THE HUMAN RELATIONS COMMISSION
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AZUSA DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. RAY AYON having been appointed to the Human Relations Commission by
the City Council, said appointment is hereby approved and RAY AYON is appointed to the Human
Relations Commission to fill an unexpired term ending September 30, 2016.
SECTION 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this resolution and shall transmit
a certified copy thereof to RAY AYON,
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 15`h day of September, 2014.
